Delete Your Lovness Account

Lovness is committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring you have full control over your data. If you wish to delete your account, follow the steps below.

📌 Steps to Delete Your Account

1. Open the Lovness app on your device.
2. Go to your profile and open the “Settings” tab.
3. Tap on the “Delete My Account” option.
4. Confirm your request by selecting “Yes, delete my account.”

📌 What Happens When You Delete Your Account?

• Your personal data (Name, Email, Profile Picture) will be permanently erased.
• Your messages, chats, and connections will be removed.
• Your account cannot be restored after deletion.

📌 Data That May Be Retained

In compliance with legal and financial regulations, transaction records and billing data may be retained for a limited period.

If you are unable to access the app, you can request account deletion by emailing [email protected] with the subject: Account Deletion Request.
